Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred: Day 10

Well sort of, I took a 4 day break due to illness and not being able to find the damn dvd. This morning I played is safe and did level 1 but level 2 starts tomorrow.

Even after a 4 day break I still hate those skinny bitches... Though Jillian is right, its getting easier. Toon in tomorrow as I try all new exercises and flex some muscles that haven't been used since I was 6

  1. Just thought you should know you've inspired us (my husband and I) and we are starting it tonight. We did 21 days of the P90X workout but its soooooooooooooo long - sometimes 1.5 hrs in one day. So we decided to do this for 30 days and see what happens, at least get back in a routine through the holidays and then go back to P90X...so thanks for the inspiration!

  2. Ooohhh friend of mine told me about that work out, thats a little too intense for me, as it is I get up at 5am to do this, and with going to bed at midnight by about wednesday I'm ready to snap peoples heads off for saying hello..
